The job:
·Provide all-rounded HR services to internal customers
·Manage the day-to-day HR operation & provide consultancy on HR issues
·Support rollout of corporate policy and system in the factory
·Ensure legal compliance of HR activities
·Build and maintain the HR infrastructure The person:
·University degree in Management or English discipline
·At least 10 years experience in HR services with 3 years at managerial level
·Solid HR and training experience in manufacturing field, an asset in garment industry
·Good command of written and spoken English
·Good leadership and interpersonal skills
·Computer literate
