Key responsibilities :

Administration Tasks :

- Manage the quality controllers' schedule for their inspections and samples picking
- Issue the CSR (conformity sample released) according to the information given by the merchandisers and the
person in charge of the tests follow-up
- Record the inspections results and issue the DRN (Delivery released Note)
- Follow the quotations and cots of the quality inspections

Quality Analysis :

- Build the quality control reporting based on the inspections results and issue the monthly KPI per supplier / factory

- Prepare some monthly analysis about the suppliers performances

- Assist the quality manager with the follow up of the corrective action plan for each supplier

Requirements :

- College Graduate in textile or textile technology related discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in textile or factory experience is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken of English
- A good team player with good communication skills, detailed mind and analytic thinking
- Able to work under pressure
- Familiar with Ms. Office application Excel is a must
- Immediate available is highly preferable
